  1. Processing Time
    All jewelry items are handmade or made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom engraved pieces may take an extra 2–4 business days for production. You will receive an email once your parcel ships.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    We offer international shipping to most countries. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.
  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
    Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, peak seasons or unexpected events. We will confirm estimated delivery time based on inventory and your selected shipping method after checkout.
  1. Shipping Fees
    Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination and order weight. All US orders enjoy free standard shipping. Additional free shipping offers apply as shown on our site.
  2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT and local taxes. We cannot control or estimate these fees. We declare the true package value per customs requirements.
  3. Shipping Address
    Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes are unavailable after shipment.
  4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
    If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
    For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
    We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
  5. Holiday Notice
    Order processing and shipping may be delayed during major holidays. Updates will be posted on our website.

Returns Policy

Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
To submit a return: log into your account, go to Completed Orders and click the return button. An email will be sent once your refund is completed.

Beautiful Ring, Beautiful Sparkle; Middle Set Stone a Little Loose

This ring is very very pretty! It does fit true to size, and it fits well. The band is soft and simply by the feel you can tell that it is definitely sterling silver, and it is marked as such. The stone setting is very pretty, and this would make a great ring for several circumstances. My only frustration with this, is that the middle set stone is a touch loose. Like just a little. However, if you're paying $100 or so for a ring of this nature, I would expect that the stones are set firmly in place. It wouldn't take much for this stone to become more loose, and then fall out. I don't wear this often, but I will wear it with certain outfits for formal events or formal gatherings or things like that. I have gotten compliments on it, as it is quite a beautiful ring. I don't know if my loose stone setting is a popular experience, or if it's just a one off, but something to keep in mind nonetheless.

Gorgeous ring

Up front I need to state that I have had this ring only for a few days. But Wow!, what a beauty! The princess cuts are perfect, the stones are deep enough to really show off the cuts and gather the light, the fire is amazing. I am not sure if the ring is rhodium plated or not, the description is a bit vague on that. And while I noticed one Vine member's caution about the certificate being invalid, I am not overly concerned with that given the beauty of this ring. I had ordered a more expensive ring from another company which WAS rhodium plated, but the center stone was so shallow that it made the stone look lifeless.
This ring has fire. And it is not so large to look fake, which is another plus. I love it. And should there be issues with tarnish or--heaven forbid--a stone falling out, I will most definitely post an update.
