All jewelry items are handmade or made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom engraved pieces may take an extra 2–4 business days for production. You will receive an email once your parcel ships. - Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer international shipping to most countries. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.
- Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, peak seasons or unexpected events. We will confirm estimated delivery time based on inventory and your selected shipping method after checkout.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination and order weight. All US orders enjoy free standard shipping. Additional free shipping offers apply as shown on our site. - Customs, Duties & Taxes

If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. - Holiday Notice

Returns Policy
Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
To submit a return: log into your account, go to Completed Orders and click the return button. An email will be sent once your refund is completed.

I'm very happy with my purchase, even though this ring looks a little bit thinner than I expected I think it's just the perfect size and I wouldn't change anything. Since I bought this ring for daily wear, it's beautiful and very comfortable. I get lots of compliments on it! I would definitely recommend buying it.
Really great quality for the price. I wore it on a cruise trip almost all the time: beach, pool....no tarnishing, no missing crystals.. so shiny too! I'd definitely purchase other products from the same brand...the pics added are after being worn on the trip
I bought this ring as a "to get me by" ring until I felt comfortable spending more money on another ring. However, I am in love with this! I have had it for a couple of months now, & not one scratch, no fading, color changing, or anything else. I do dishes daily while wearing this ring. I cook, chase a toddler, & work 9 hrs a day. It still sparkles & shines. It is pretty true to size, the fit is absolutely perfect! If anything were to happen, I would definately replace it with the same ring!

I had my heart set on upgrading my real set for our 5yr anniversary but the truth is we just simply can't afford it right now. And honestly, even if we could that money could be better spent! However, I still desired a change and wanted something that looked like an upgrade from my ring. I'm so glad I found this! For $22 (it was on sale) I couldn't have asked for better!! It's lighter than my real set but the bands are pretty thick to me so it seems durable. The way this thing sparklessss, I am mesmerized. I can't get outta the mirror talking with my hands LOL It feels like the night we got engaged all over again when I fell in love with my new sparkly ring then! This thing is gorgeous and you can't tell it's a fake unless you're just doing the most lol but truthfully most people aren't looking that deep into it and if they do have suspicions no one would dare ask a woman if her ring is real! lol so if you're like me and you like more expensive looking rings but don't have the funds for it, this is a great choice to still have the look you want for the fraction of the price!! So don't be ashamed! And even if it tarnishes, gets cloudy, scratched etc etc I'll just buy another one!! lol no love lost! It's a win win! Hubby loves it too!!
I got it for vacation to replace with one less expensive to lose. I went in the ocean and the pool with chlorine. -I never took it off once. My ring still looks the same from 2 month ago. I wouldn't recommend wearing it everyday to do dishes, but is a great piece of jewelry for the price. When the lights hit it, it shines a lot.
