For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.

Returns Policy
Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
To submit a return: log into your account, go to Completed Orders and click the return button. An email will be sent once your refund is completed.
Beautiful stone! I can wear it next to my real diamond ring. I bought a size 5 and it fits perfectly. My only issue is the basket doesn't sit high enough to allow my wedding ring to sit completely flush.

Stunning! A perfect dupe for my engagement ring while I travel. This ring is absolutely beautiful and true to size. I wanted something that looked like my engagement ring while we galavant around Europe for our honeymoon without the stress of worrying about my rings. It comes in a nice ring box and also includes a small jewelry polishing cloth, an anti-oxidation pouch, a soft ring bag, and a ring snugging coil if the size needs reduced. I am so happy with the quality of this ring and will report back after the honeymoon to see how it holds up traveling. This is a wonderful engagement ring in general, if you are looking for something affordable or maybe temporary. I am in love! The band feels secure, it is thicker than my actual ring. I will see how it does in terms of tarnish resistance over the coming weeks of wear.
I have worn this every single day since I got engaged and married, I have only taken it off a handful of times. I shower with it on, sleep with it on, work with it one, etc.
All that being said, the color fading is extremely minimal, very little tarnishing, high quality for the price, spot on sizing, and very comfortable to wear during my day to day. It sparkles beautifully and the ring of tiny stones around the base of the center stone is a wonderful accent and makes it very unique while keeping it very simple and elegant looking. I absolutely love this ring.

Living in humid South Florida, my fingers swell constantly depending on the weather, and between that and my thicker gold wedding band, wearing my real set every day started becoming really uncomfortable.
This ring looks so realistic that I think my husband sometimes forgets it's not the actual diamond ring he gave me. The sparkle is beautiful, the gold looks high quality, and overall it truly resembles a real diamond ring.
The only thing I would suggest is offering smaller stone sizes than 3.5 carats. Personally, I think a 2.5 carat option would look even more realistic. Other than that, I highly recommend this ring for everyday wear, travel, vacations, the pool, or anytime you want something beautiful that you don't have to constantly worry about losing or damaging.
The perfect travel ring or a ring to propose with! It's a great price and it looks super expensive. I bought it to serve as a travel ring and it's absolutely perfect! I've had it for almost a year and it still looks brand new. It hasn't turned my finger green and doesn't tarnish!
