    If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
    For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
    We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Returns Policy

Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.

I bought this for my wife, and she was really impressed with it. The diamond has a bright, clean look, and the IGI certification gives some peace of mind about what you're getting. The setting is simple and classic, and the chain length works well for everyday wear.

Pretty, dainty necklace

This is a pretty, well-made necklace, but I have to say that I'm a little disappointed in the size. It's much smaller than I expected, and the chain is very thin. However, it is beautiful, albeit very dainty.
The lab grown diamond does have a pretty shine to it, and the stone is cut beautifully. The necklace is versatile, and the necklace comes with a box, bag, and certificate of authenticity.
Overall it's a nice necklace, so if you're looking for something on the daintier side, it could work for you.

No corners were cut!

I have heard of lab grown diamonds before, but never seen one in person and I was excited to check this one out. You really cannot tell the difference between a natural diamond and one of these. I even used a diamond tester ensure enough this was coming up as if it was a real diamond. The packaging on this was amazing comes in a cute little bag inside of a beautiful box that even has a light in it.

Review of 0.5 Carat Lab?Grown Diamond Pendant Necklace by New York Diamond Center
This necklace makes a strong first impression. The lab?grown diamond delivers excellent sparkle and fire, and the 0.5?carat size strikes that sweet spot between subtle and eye?catching. Even though the product page emphasizes D�CF color and VS1�CVS2 clarity, what stood out most in person was the clean, bright look of the stone and how well it catches light. The included luxury light?up gift box elevates the presentation far beyond typical packaging, making it feel immediately gift?ready.
The metal description, however, doesn't quite match the listing. The product page states solid 14K gold, but the piece I received is 14K gold?plated sterling silver, with a clear 925 stamp on the chain and no 14K marking. The necklace still looks refined and polished, but accuracy matters, and buyers should know exactly what they're getting. That said, the 16?inch chain sits beautifully��my wife wears it just above another pendant, and the layered look is elegant without feeling crowded.
Overall, this is an excellent value for the price. The diamond quality, presentation, and wearability are all strong, and the only real improvement needed is clearer metal disclosure from the seller. If that's addressed, this would be a near?perfect everyday?to?special?occasion piece.
