2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product photos, descriptions, sizes and materials. Due to different screen displays, lighting and handmade characteristics, slight color and texture differences may exist between the actual item and online pictures. Such minor variations are not considered product defects. All our jewelry is handmade. Small natural imperfections are normal and add unique charm to each piece.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website are in your selected currency, excluding shipping fees, import duties, VAT or other local taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to system error, we may cancel your order and notify you. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept payment methods displayed on our site (PayPal, credit card, etc.). Your order will not enter production until payment is fully confirmed.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

After you submit payment, we will send an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including out-of-stock items, payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability problems. You may cancel your order before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation is not available, especially for custom engraved or made-to-order jewelry.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Processing time, delivery estimates, lost/damaged parcel rules are defined there. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters or peak holiday seasons.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Custom engraved, personalized and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Non-custom items can be returned within the return window stated in our Refund Policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns if items are damaged, worn or missing parts.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, texts, designs and content on this website are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that product. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits or inconvenience arising from your jewelry purchase. Jewelry contains small parts. Please keep away from young children. We are not responsible for choking hazards caused by improper use.
