All jewelry items are handmade or made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom engraved pieces may take an extra 2–4 business days for production. You will receive an email once your parcel ships. - Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer international shipping to most countries. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, peak seasons or unexpected events. We will confirm estimated delivery time based on inventory and your selected shipping method after checkout.

If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. - Holiday Notice

Returns Policy
Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
To submit a return: log into your account, go to Completed Orders and click the return button. An email will be sent once your refund is completed.
I'm genuinely impressed with this bracelet. The sparkle is insane in person - it catches light from every angle and gives that clean, crisp shine you usually only see on much higher-end pieces. I've worn it out in the sun, under indoor lighting, even casually during the day, and it still pops every time.
Very pretty, great clasp. The stones are a little larger than I expected but still very nice! Love it
I get so many compliments on these and even after a year oh where they look brand new. I wear them everyday!! Still so shiny and the clasp works great. I have a tiny wrist and bracelets are usually an issue for me size wise, but these are a perfect fit! Very comfortable to wear and they do not snag your arm hair like some similar styles.
Pretty good for the price. Obviously not to be confused with the real thing but looked very nice and wore well for a formal event. No complaints.
Bought this set of two because I wasn't sure if I would like the yellow gold or the white gold look better. I put the yellow gold on a few months ago and I've never taken it off. Looks super real. Love the clasp. It's nice flat and flush totally worth it would highly recommend.
Looks real and doesn't tarnish, but the clasp loosens after a month and it starts to fall off very easily. Fits loose and fine otherwise. I wore it everyday and only noticed it got scratched.
My wife loved this! The color is great, and the sparkle looks wonderful. I don't think it will cause any tarnish, but time will tell. It is very comfortable to wear, and not too heavy. It is just the right size and sparkle to catch an eye, but not so they look fake. As for material, the setting seems to be pretty well made and strong enough to last. Bought both silver, and yellow gold. It isn't really adjustable, but as long as you order the right size you don't need to.
