    All jewelry items are handmade or made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom engraved pieces may take an extra 2–4 business days for production. You will receive an email once your parcel ships.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    We offer international shipping to most countries. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.
  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
    Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, peak seasons or unexpected events. We will confirm estimated delivery time based on inventory and your selected shipping method after checkout.
  1. Shipping Fees
    Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination and order weight. All US orders enjoy free standard shipping. Additional free shipping offers apply as shown on our site.
  2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT and local taxes. We cannot control or estimate these fees. We declare the true package value per customs requirements.
  3. Shipping Address
    Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes are unavailable after shipment.
  4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
    If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
    For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
    We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
  5. Holiday Notice
    Order processing and shipping may be delayed during major holidays. Updates will be posted on our website.

Returns Policy

Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
To submit a return: log into your account, go to Completed Orders and click the return button. An email will be sent once your refund is completed.

Amazing hoops

This are cute, different sizes, easy to use and to combine, the color is bright and is resistant to the water, I have this hoops for a very long time and I love them.
They combine with everything, they dont make my ears green or black, it just keeps my ears healthy and clean even If I use them all the time.

Great for leave in earrings

Exactly what I was looking for! I have three holes in both earlobes and they look both dainty and professional. The steel material doesn't discolor skin, and they stay in all the time, easily cleaned with a tooth brush and soap. I prefer dawn, air dry, look brand new!

Great for sensitive ears and so cute!

I ordered these earrings because I have extremely sensitive ears and I wanted to change out of the ones I got when they were repierced. I have worn them 24/7 since I received them about 2 weeks ago. They have not bothered me in the slightest. If you have highly sensitive ears, these earrings are the way to go! I highly recommend them!

Good buy

These are a great budget buy earrings. My daughter was constantly losing hers, even with these she lost two different ones and I lost the biggest. They're great for all the time wear but the durability doesn'd last quite as long as I hoped without one of the clasps giving out. They don'd tarnish in the shower, water or with sweat which is great. Overall worth the price.

These are perfect sizes for varying styles. The clasp is strong and comfortable but also easy to loosen. I will be keeping these in my favorites for sure. Excellent quality, excellent bang for the buck, perfect gauge for standard piercings. Exactly what I've been looking for.

Delicate, classy, & I'm not itching from these earrings!

These earrings are sooo nice. Tiny hoops. Easy to get on. Clasp keeps them secure, even when sleeping with them. Best part: the surgical steel!
Usually, I have itchy, sometimes unpleasant, reactions to earrings, but my surgical steel belly rings have never caused a problem. So, I thought I'd give these surgical steel earrings a try. It worked! Have been wearing the medium-sized pair from the day they arrived, night & day. No allergic reaction!!
If you are looking for lovely, dainty earrings...or are struggling with allergic reactions to metals... although I can't guarantee you won't itch, I'm not. These may be the option for you, too. :-)
Would buy again. In fact, I ordered a second set for my sister, who struggles w the same itching issue.
Note: Before wearing, I used hydrogen peroxide on my ears & the earrings to make sure all was clean & clear. And, every few days, I put a little hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip & dab my ears. So far, not one problem.
