Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time
   All jewelry items are handmade or made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom engraved pieces may take an extra 2–4 business days for production. You will receive an email once your parcel ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
   We offer international shipping to most countries. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.

• Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, peak seasons or unexpected events. We will confirm estimated delivery time based on inventory and your selected shipping method after checkout.

1. Shipping Fees
   Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination and order weight. All US orders enjoy free standard shipping. Additional free shipping offers apply as shown on our site.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
   Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT and local taxes. We cannot control or estimate these fees. We declare the true package value per customs requirements.
3. Shipping Address
   Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes are unavailable after shipment.
4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
   If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
   For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
   We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
5. Holiday Notice
   Order processing and shipping may be delayed during major holidays. Updates will be posted on our website.

Returns Policy

Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
To submit a return: log into your account, go to Completed Orders and click the return button. An email will be sent once your refund is completed.
