All jewelry items are handmade or made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom engraved pieces may take an extra 2–4 business days for production. You will receive an email once your parcel ships. - Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer international shipping to most countries. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, peak seasons or unexpected events. We will confirm estimated delivery time based on inventory and your selected shipping method after checkout.

If marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors or local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
For damaged items: send clear photos of product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
We do not take responsibility for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. - Holiday Notice

Returns Policy
Buyers cover return shipping for returns due to personal reasons. We cover return postage for quality issues, wrong shipments or our mistakes.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The actual fund arrival time depends on your bank.
